DELIVERY OF ARTWORK
Please make arrangements with Jill Johnson re: delivery of work

INSTALLATION OF ARTWORK
The ALWCA exhibition committee will install all artwork. If your work has any special display requirements, please plan on assisting with the installation.

PICK UP OF ARTWORK
Artwork will be picked up from UNA on Sept. 23 & 24. Members can coordinate with Jill Johnson.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
Insurance is neither provided nor required for this exhibition. The gallery and ALWCA carry no liability insurance and cannot be liable for any theft or damage to works of art.

AGREEMENT AND RELEASE
Permission is granted to ALWCA to use images of artwork accepted into the exhibition for publicity purposes. One or more artworks may be chosen for the cover design or invitation for the exhibition. They may also be featured on www.alwca.org or www.nationalwca.org. Artists agree to allow reproduction of their digital files and/or photograph taken of their art for educational, publicity, and archival purposes. The Artist hereby releases and discharges representatives, employees, and volunteers of Alabama Women’s Caucus for Art and the University of North Alabama (UNA) from any and all claims occasioned by loss or damages of said work while in possession of the UNA Gallery.

ABOUT ALABAMA WOMEN’S CAUCUS FOR ART (ALWCA)
The Alabama Women’s Caucus for Art is a chapter of the National Women’s Caucus for Art (WCA) organization. WCA was established with the College Art Association in 1972, with the mission to create community through art, education, and social activism and to promote women’s contributions to the arts.
